Throughout my life I have always had one eye on a more holistic way of living and dealing with the ups and downs that have been presented to me. My inquisitiveness in my own patterns and wounds have resulted in me spending the last eight years immersing myself in holistic therapy training and offering them to clients as support during times of ill health, emotional distress and challenging times.
In 2010 I qualified as a Reflexology Practitioner, quickly followed with Swedish Body Massage and Reiki. In 2016 I completed my three year training in the Theory and Practice of Shiatsu.
More recently I trained as a Cruse Bereavement Support Volunteer, specifically offering face to face support.
All this and the richness of my life I bring to my Shiastu along with my own grounded presence, offering a calm and open place where you can explore what might be stopping you from fully embodying your aliveness.
I am a graduate of the Bristol School of Shiatsu and a registered MRSS practitioner with the Shiatsu Society (UK) the regulatory body for Shiatsu Therapists and abide by their code of conduct. For more information contact

The power of Shiatsu is awesome, Kathryn, a very dedicated therapist, has really opened my eyes to realising there is another way to deal with aches and pains. When I first met her I had shoulder, neck and knee pains and felt there was no respite. I had been suffering with these symptoms for a long time. After a few session with Kathryn these problems have all but gone. Thank you.
